Daniël Reichman, Ph.D.

CEO & Chief Scientist

Daniël Reichman, Ph.D. is the CEO and Chief Scientist of Ai-RGUS, an AI startup spun out of Duke University. After receiving his Ph.D. at age 25, Dr. Reichman founded Ai-RGUS.

With over 24 university publications, Dr. Reichman obtained his doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University from a program fully funded by the US Army Research Office. Before Duke, he graduated from the fully funded program at The Cooper Union in New York City, with his Masters and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.

His passion is to develop algorithms to improve quality of life by automating routine tasks.

Joelle Grunblatt, MBA, M.Ed.

Chief Operating Officer

Joelle Grunblatt is the COO and co-founder of Ai-RGUS. Since co-founding the company in 2019, she has led strategic marketing efforts to expand the company globally and establish it as an industry standard.

Previously, Joelle served as CFO of Glasol, managing international clients and monthly revenues of $1–9 million. She has founded a financial services firm and SI Career Coaches. Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Joelle holds an MBA, a Master's in Mathematics Education, and speaks multiple languages.

Itsik Reichman, P.Eng

Chief Financial Officer

Itsik Reichman was CEO and Founder of Telelink, a pioneering satellite communications company with 25 employees, owning and operating satellite communication systems to provide telephony and internet services in remote locations, especially in Africa.

The company had monthly recurring revenue of over $1 million in the last 5 years of operation and managed a force of over 1,500 sales representatives and operators. Itsik also designed, coded, and maintained proprietary billing, accounting, and customer care software.
